Waalaxy Pricing in 2026: Plans, Real Costs, and Fit

Waalaxy pricing explained: the three paid plans, what each invitation quota buys, the annual discount, and who the tool actually suits, from a competitor.

pricing.

The short version

  • Waalaxy pricing lists three paid plans on its own pricing page: Pro at 19 euros, Advanced at 49 euros, and Business at 69 euros per user per month (verified September 2026).
  • The annual rate was shown at half the monthly rate when we checked, so 9.50, 24.50, and 34.50 euros per user per month billed yearly (verified September 2026).
  • Invitation quota is the real dividing line: 300 invitations a month on Pro and 800 on Advanced and Business (verified September 2026).
  • Business adds cold email and multichannel campaigns, which is the reason to pay 20 euros more than Advanced rather than any extra LinkedIn capacity.
  • Waalaxy is an outreach tool. If you want to appear in comment sections rather than in inboxes, it is solving a different problem than the one you have.

Waalaxy pricing is easier to read than most of this category, which is a genuine point in its favour: three plans, one currency, and a quota number attached to each. The confusion usually comes from a listed price that halves the moment you switch the toggle to annual, and from two of the three plans sharing the same LinkedIn capacity.

Full disclosure before the numbers. We build Commenti, a LinkedIn commenting tool, so we compete with the broader automation category Waalaxy sits in. Read this with that bias in mind. We checked their pricing page ourselves rather than copying a listicle, and where Waalaxy does something well we say so.

The plans, as listed

We pulled these from Waalaxy's own pricing page on 5 September 2026. Prices are per user per month, in euros.

Plan Monthly Annual rate LinkedIn invitations Email finder credits
Pro 19 euros 9.50 euros 300 per month 25 per month
Advanced 49 euros 24.50 euros 800 per month 500 per month
Business 69 euros 34.50 euros 800 per month 500 per month

All three listed a 14-day free trial (verified September 2026). The annual column reflects a 50% discount shown on the page at the time we looked, which is the kind of thing that moves, so treat it as a snapshot rather than a permanent rate.

There is also a LinkedIn Inbox add-on: 500 conversations included, with more available as a paid extra, plus response templates, scheduled follow-ups, tags, and CRM export (verified September 2026).

What actually changes between the tiers

Two things, and neither is what the price gap suggests.

Pro to Advanced is the capacity jump. Invitations go from 300 to 800 a month, email finder credits from 25 to 500, and you get API access plus Make, Zapier, and n8n modules. If you are a solo founder sending a handful of targeted requests a week, 300 is not the constraint you think it is. If you are a full-time SDR, it is.

Advanced to Business is not a capacity jump at all. Both listed 800 invitations and 500 credits. What the extra 20 euros buys is cold email sequences and multichannel campaigns that run LinkedIn and email together (verified September 2026). That is a real feature and a real reason to upgrade, but only if you are actually going to send email. Paying for it to get "more LinkedIn" would be paying for nothing.

This is the part most pricing roundups get wrong, and it is worth checking yourself before you pick a plan.

Where Waalaxy is genuinely strong

Credit where it is due, from people with an obvious reason not to give it.

The sequence library is the standout. Waalaxy advertises 99 or more ready-to-use outreach sequences on its homepage, and a stocked template library is the difference between launching a campaign this afternoon and spending a week designing one. For teams who do not have a playbook yet, that is worth more than any single feature.

The entry price is low for the category. Nineteen euros a month, or half that annually, is at the accessible end of LinkedIn outreach tooling, and it comes with a real quota rather than a crippled demo.

Running as both a Chrome extension and a cloud app at app.waalaxy.com is a sensible answer to a real tradeoff, and the CRM side is well covered, with HubSpot and Pipedrive plus 2,000 or more apps through Make, Zapier, and n8n (verified September 2026).

The quota question nobody prices in

Here is the thing an invitation number cannot tell you: LinkedIn has its own opinion about how many connection requests you send.

An 800-invitation plan does not mean LinkedIn will deliver 800 invitations. LinkedIn applies its own limits, and it weighs not just how fast you send but how many of your invitations sit ignored or get marked as spam. We wrote up how that actually behaves in the maximum connections you can send per week, and it is worth reading before you buy capacity you cannot legally or practically use. The same applies to profile viewing, which runs into the Commercial Use Limit whether or not a tool is involved.

So the honest way to read a quota line is as a ceiling on what the software will attempt, not a promise about what the platform will allow.

The policy point, which applies to us too

LinkedIn's User Agreement prohibits third-party automation, and its help page on automated activity says plainly that software and browser extensions which automate activity on the site are not allowed. That covers Waalaxy. It also covers Commenti. It covers every tool in the comparison tables you have been reading.

We are not raising this to score a point against a competitor, because it is not available as a point. The gray zone is the whole category, and any vendor telling you otherwise is being careless with your account. What a tool can do is reduce exposure through daily caps, pacing, and human approval before anything is sent. Commenti is built to reduce risk that way and cannot remove it, and we say the same thing about everyone else. Our longer position is in is LinkedIn automation safe.

Who should actually buy this

Waalaxy fits if your job is pipeline: you have a list, you need to reach the people on it, and you want sequences that keep running when your laptop is shut. Sales teams, agencies, and recruiters are the obvious fit, and Business makes sense specifically when email is part of the motion.

It does not fit if your goal is being seen rather than sending. Those are different mechanics: outreach puts a message in one inbox, engagement puts your name under a post several hundred people read. We pulled that distinction apart in outreach tools versus engagement tools, and it is the single question that should decide your budget before any price comparison starts.

If you are cross-shopping the outreach category specifically, our Dripify review and Dux-Soup review cover two of the tools that come up alongside Waalaxy most often.

One last note on the numbers

Every figure here was read off Waalaxy's own pages on 5 September 2026 and is quoted in euros because that is how they list it. We have not converted to dollars, because exchange rates and regional pricing both move and a converted number ages badly. Before you subscribe, open the pricing page yourself and confirm the plan and the quota. That takes thirty seconds and it is the only version of these numbers that is current.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Waalaxy cost per month?

Waalaxy's pricing page lists Pro at 19 euros, Advanced at 49 euros, and Business at 69 euros per user per month on monthly billing, with annual rates shown at half those figures (verified September 2026). Prices are in euros and there is a 14-day free trial. Check their pricing page for current numbers.

What is the difference between Waalaxy Advanced and Business?

Both listed 800 invitations a month and 500 email finder credits when we checked. Advanced adds API access and Make, Zapier, and n8n modules on top of Pro. Business adds cold email sequences and multichannel campaigns that combine LinkedIn and email (verified September 2026). If you only run LinkedIn, Advanced is the cheaper stop.

Does Waalaxy have a free trial?

The pricing page listed a 14-day free trial across the plans when we checked in September 2026. Waalaxy runs as both a Chrome extension and a cloud app, so a trial is enough time to test whether the sequence builder and the invitation quota match how you actually prospect.

Is Waalaxy the right tool for LinkedIn engagement?

Not really, and that is a scope statement rather than a criticism. Waalaxy automates connection requests, message sequences, and cold email. Engagement work means commenting on other people's posts so their audience sees you. Different job, different tools. We build a commenting tool, so weigh that answer accordingly.
