We use Google user data only to provide and improve user-facing Commenti features that you request. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, credit decisions, or unrelated analytics. We do not transfer Google user data except to service providers needed to operate Commenti, comply with law, protect security, or with your explicit consent.
If Commenti requests access to additional Google APIs beyond Google Sign-In, we will request only the minimum required permissions, explain the purpose at the time of access, and use the data only for the feature you authorized.
LinkedIn and Professional Profile Data
To provide the service, Commenti may process LinkedIn profile URLs, public profile information, public post content, post URLs, author names, post metadata, engagement counts, and information about comments generated or posted through your configured workflow.
We do not collect or store your LinkedIn password. The browser extension works through your active browser session and paired device authorization.
Commenting and Automation Data
We collect your search keywords, exclusions, filters, tone preferences, comment style preferences, schedule settings, generated comments, queued comments, posting status, failure reasons, usage counts, and automation history.
Device and Extension Data
When you pair the Commenti extension, we may collect browser type, browser version, operating system, extension version, device identifier, device token, heartbeat status, IP address, and pairing status.
Billing Data
Paid subscriptions are processed through our billing provider. We may store subscription status, plan, billing cycle, renewal or cancellation status, customer ID, subscription ID, payment status, and related billing metadata. We do not store full payment card details.
Usage, Analytics, and Support Data
We may collect product usage events, error logs, support messages, emails sent to you, onboarding status, and technical diagnostics to operate, secure, and improve Commenti.
